Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Primstone Platform (CVR 46332415), which operates FyndHus. By creating an account or using FyndHus, you agree to them.

These policies are part of the agreement: our Privacy Policy, Prohibited & Restricted Items and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You must be 18 or older.
• If you use FyndHus for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business.
• You must not use FyndHus if we have banned you before.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password and verification codes private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@fyndhus.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

A verified badge means we checked the member's identity documents. It doesn't guarantee their items, their behaviour or the outcome of a sale — always follow our safety tips.

FyndHus is a platform where people list items and services and contact each other. Sales are agreed directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to those sales: we don't own, inspect, store or deliver the items, and we don't handle payments between members.

Before paying, meet in a safe public place, inspect the item, and never send money in advance to someone you haven't met. If something goes wrong, report it to us.

• Listings must follow our Prohibited & Restricted Items rules and be accurate and honest.
• Only post photos and text you have the right to use.
• You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to show, store and promote it on FyndHus while it's listed.
• We may review listings, and decline or remove ones that break these terms — we tell you why.

• Boosts, account plans and premium stores are optional paid services. Prices are shown in your currency before you pay.
• Each purchase is a one-off payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically.
• Boosted listings appear according to the visibility levels described in How boosting & ranking works. We don't guarantee a number of views, messages or sales.
• Payments are processed by our secure card payment partner. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must not:

• scam, mislead or defraud anyone, or ask for payment outside a genuine sale;
• harass, threaten or abuse other members;
• post spam, duplicate listings, fake reviews or fake reports;
• pretend to be someone else, or open accounts to get around a suspension or ban;
• copy data from FyndHus with automated tools, upload malicious code, or try to access accounts or systems you're not allowed to.

If an account or listing breaks these terms, we may remove content, suspend the account for a period, or ban it permanently. Active boosts or plans removed for a breach aren't refunded. Where the law requires it, we may report the matter to the authorities.

Think we got it wrong? Reply to the email we sent you, or write to support@fyndhus.com — a person will review it.

You can close your account at any time. It's closed immediately and permanently erased after 30 days, as explained in Delete your account & data.

We work hard to keep FyndHus available, safe and accurate, but it's provided “as is”. We can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't responsible for items listed by members, what members say or do, or sales between them.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights under consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for significant changes we tell you by email or with a notice on the site before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the consumer law of your country gives you.
