Prohibited & Restricted Items

FyndHus connects buyers and sellers across the Nordics. To keep everyone safe and to respect the laws of the countries we serve, some items and services can never be listed, and others only under certain conditions.

These rules apply to every listing, photo, title, description, message and profile. When local law is stricter than this page, local law applies.

• Weapons: firearms, ammunition, gun parts, explosives, fireworks, and weapons designed to injure (including stun guns and military equipment).
• Drugs: illegal drugs and controlled substances, drug equipment, and prescription-only medicines sold without a licence.
• Stolen goods, and items you don't have the right to sell.
• Counterfeits: fake, replica or copied branded goods, pirated software, films, music or books.
• Adult content and sexual services, including escort services.
• People and body parts: anything related to human trafficking, organs, blood, or human remains.
• Protected wildlife: endangered or protected animals and plants, and their parts (for example ivory, pangolin scales, rhino horn, skins).
• Hazardous materials: toxic or banned chemicals and pesticides, radioactive materials, and dangerous goods that can't be transported safely.
• Documents and identity: passports, ID cards, licences, certificates, bank cards, and fake or altered documents of any kind.
• Financial schemes: Ponzi or pyramid schemes, “money doubling” or “flipping”, unlicensed loans, investments or crypto schemes, and fake grants or lotteries.
• Data and accounts: hacked or bought accounts, personal data, contact lists, and SIM cards registered to someone else.
• Gambling and betting services.
• Jobs that charge applicants a fee to apply, train or be hired.
• Hate and violence: items or services that promote hatred, discrimination, terrorism or violence.
• Recalled or unsafe products, and anything else illegal where you or the buyer live.

• Vehicles: you must have the vehicle's valid papers and the right to sell it. State the true condition and mileage.
• Property and land: only the owner or an authorised agent may list it. Never take a deposit before the buyer has inspected it and the documents.
• Livestock and pets: healthy animals that are legal to sell, never protected species.
• Food and drink: safe, properly stored and labelled, within its use-by date.
• Alcohol and tobacco (including vapes): only licensed sellers where it's legal, and never to anyone under 18.
• Medical devices and supplements: must be registered or approved where that's required, with no false health claims.
• Phones and electronics: not stolen or blacklisted. Describe faults and whether a device is refurbished.
• Services: only services you're qualified and, where required, licensed to provide.

• Photos must show the actual item you're selling.
• The price must be the real price — no fake prices to attract clicks.
• Use the right category, and one listing per item (no duplicates).
• Don't put phone numbers, links or payment details in titles, photos or descriptions — use messages instead.

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• decline or remove the listing, and tell the seller why;
• suspend the account for a period, or ban it permanently;
• remove any active boosts or plans without a refund (see our Refund policy);
• keep the relevant records and report the matter to the police or other authorities when the law requires it.
