Privacy Policy

FyndHus is operated by Primstone Platform (CVR 46332415), Denmark. We are the “data controller” for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy: support@fyndhus.com.

• Account: name, email, phone number, country and state, date of birth, gender, and your referral code.
• Sign-in: your password (stored only in encrypted, one-way form), one-time verification codes, and — if you sign in with Google — the name, email and account ID Google shares with us.
• Profile: photo, display name, bio, business address, opening hours, WhatsApp number and settings you choose.
• Listings and activity: listing photos and descriptions, comments, reviews, likes, saved listings and reports.
• Messages you send to other members through FyndHus.
• Verification: ID documents you choose to send for a verified badge.
• Payments: what you bought, the amount, currency, date and payment reference. Card and bank details go directly to our payment partners — we never see or store them.
• Support: messages and screenshots you send to our support team.
• Device and usage: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and approximate location (country), used for security, fraud prevention and to improve the site.

• To provide the service you asked for (contract): your account, listings, messages, boosts and plans, receipts and support.
• To keep FyndHus safe (legitimate interests): preventing fraud and scams, moderating listings, handling reports, securing accounts and improving the site.
• To meet legal duties (legal obligation): bookkeeping and tax records, and lawful requests from authorities.
• With your consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies, and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only:

• With other members — what you choose to make public (your listings, public profile, reviews) and the messages you send them.
• With service providers who process data for us under contract: Neon (database, EU), Netlify (website hosting), Cloudinary (image storage), Resend (emails), our card payment provider (payments) and Google (sign-in with Google).
• With authorities — the police, courts or regulators when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

Some of our providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example in the United States). When that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so your data stays protected to the same standard.

• Your account: while it's open.
• After you delete your account: it's closed straight away and permanently erased after 30 days — longer only while a report or payment dispute is open, or when the law requires it. See Delete your account & data.
• Payment records: as long as bookkeeping and tax law requires, no longer linked to your name.
• Reports and support tickets: as long as needed to handle them and keep the marketplace safe.

• Passwords are stored only in encrypted, one-way form.
• All traffic to and from FyndHus is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Access to personal data is limited to people who need it for their work.
• We monitor for fraud and can suspend accounts that put others at risk.

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you, and send you a copy;
• correct data that's wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data (see Delete your account & data);
• stop or limit using your data for a particular purpose;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Email support@fyndhus.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Datatilsynet (Danish Data Protection Agency) or to the data protection authority where you live.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, secure your account and remember your settings. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional — choose them under Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. More in our Cookie Policy.

FyndHus is only for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete their data.

We send emails you need — verification codes, receipts, plan reminders, moderation decisions, safety and account notices. Optional emails can be turned off in your email preferences.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect.
