Do I need a separate business account?
No. Create a normal free account, complete your business details in your profile, then contact our business team. We turn it into a store for you.
How long can my store plan last?
From 1 up to 12 months at a time. Before it ends, we contact you to renew so your store stays on the same plan and in the same categories.
Is my place at the top permanent?
Your store keeps its level for as long as your plan is active. Because we renew it with you before it ends, there's no gap — but if you choose not to renew, your listings simply return to normal free listings.
Can I change my plan or categories later?
Yes. Contact the business team at any time to upgrade, add categories or extend your period. Upgrades take effect straight away.
How quickly will you reply?
Business requests get priority. We aim to reply within one working day.
Do private sellers need a store?
