Know exactly where your listing appears, what each plan gets you, and what happens when you boost, renew or upgrade.
The same three rules apply on the homepage, in every category and in search.
Listings on a higher level are always shown above lower levels. Level 5 · Elite is the top.
On the same level, the listing boosted or renewed most recently is shown first.
Free listings, and any remaining ties, are shown newest first.
Price reflects how many listings a plan covers and for how long — the level decides where they appear.

Your listing moves to the plan's level straight away — and to the top of that level, because it's the newest boost there.

A renewal counts as your latest boost, so your listing goes back to the top of its level — and the new period starts when the current one ends, so you never lose days.

Whoever boosted or renewed most recently is shown first. Boosting again puts you back on top.
Your listing moves up to the higher level immediately and keeps whichever end date is later.

Your listing is never moved down. It keeps the higher level, and its end date moves to whichever is later — no paid time is lost.
Every approved listing you have is lifted to the plan's level — and so is every new listing you post while the plan is active. When the plan ends, they all return to normal.

Within the hour after the end date, the listing returns to the free listings. You get an email 3 days before it ends, and another when it has ended.

Not always. The level decides the position; the price also reflects how many listings are covered and for how long. For example, Top Ad - Premium and Boost Plan - Premium are both Level 4 — one covers a single listing, the other covers all your listings.
Only within your own level, because the latest boost goes first there. Nobody on a lower level can ever appear above you.
While plans are free during our launch, you can renew in the last 3 days of a plan or boost. When paid plans are live, you can renew any time — we'll show you the new end date before you pay.
